Strobe Light in a Horse's Tail!

 

Attach a hair barrette with a safety strobe light to your hair, or your horse's tail!  A small braid can be braided in the tail to clip the barrette to, and the barrette will stay there.   These barrettes will clip very nicely to many items and small pet's harnesses, too!  We clip them to our chihuahua's harnesses so the strobe lights are on their backs!  We usually use two in the horse's tail.
